The worst part of any breakdown is not knowing how long you're going to be sitting there. Starting today, every Roadmate call includes a live tracking link so you can see the technician's location and updated ETA in real time.

How it works

• Book a service. You'll get a text with a tracking link.
• Open the link on any phone, no app to install.
• See the technician on a live map with an ETA that updates every 15 seconds.
• Watch the status change from dispatched to en route to on-site.

Why it matters

Live tracking isn't just nice to have. It means fewer "where are they" calls, more time to make plans while you wait, and a much better handoff when the truck arrives. If you're stuck on a shoulder, you can even share the tracking link with a family member.
