How it works

• Book a service. You'll get a text with a tracking link.
• Open the link on any phone, no app to install.
• See the technician on a live map with an ETA that updates every 15 seconds.
• Watch the status change from dispatched to en route to on-site.

Why it matters

Live tracking isn't just nice to have. It means fewer "where are they" calls, more time to make plans while you wait, and a much better handoff when the truck arrives. If you're stuck on a shoulder, you can even share the tracking link with a family member.

If your tracking link does not open

Check that your phone has an internet connection and open the complete link from your service message. If the page still does not load, call dispatch with your booking details and ask for a status update. Tell the team if your contact number, vehicle location, or access instructions have changed. Do not move the vehicle to a different address without updating dispatch.

Understanding the arrival estimate

An ETA is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival time. Traffic, weather, and access to your location can change the journey. Keep your phone available so the technician or dispatcher can reach you. If the estimate appears unchanged or you need to leave, contact dispatch before making other arrangements. A tracking link can contain information about your service, so avoid posting it publicly.
