Track Your Rescue

Enter your booking ID, email address, or phone number to view real-time dispatch status.

What tracking actually shows you

Type the phone number or email you used at booking and the page pulls up every active request tied to it. From there you see where your job sits in our dispatch process, who is coming, and what time they told us they would arrive. We update the status by hand as things move, so what you read here is what our dispatcher knows at that moment. No guessing, no automated timer counting down while nothing happens behind the scenes.

If a provider hits traffic, a train, or a closed ramp, the dispatcher posts an update instead of letting the ETA quietly slip. That is the part most people care about when they are sitting on a shoulder at night.

The stages your request moves through

  • Booking confirmed. We have your service type, location, and vehicle details.
  • Dispatch reviewing. A real person reads the request and checks whether anything looks off, like a tow that is really a winch job.
  • Matching a provider. We call verified operators near you rather than broadcasting the job to whoever answers first.
  • Confirming ETA. The operator gives us a realistic arrival window and we post it here.
  • Provider assigned. You get the company name and, when available, a direct phone number.
  • En route and arrived. The truck is moving toward you, then on scene.
  • Service complete. The job is finished and your final total is settled.

While you wait

Stay with your vehicle if it is safe to do so, keep your hazards on, and stand away from moving traffic if you are on a highway shoulder. Keep your phone volume up because the driver often calls when they are a few minutes out and need a landmark or a gate code. If your location changed after booking, or the car was moved, call us so the dispatcher can send the driver to the right spot.

Nothing showing up when you search? Try the other contact detail you might have used, since the lookup matches on the exact phone number or email attached to the booking. Still nothing, call dispatch and we will find the job for you.
