Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roadmate Services platform (roadmateservice.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Service Description

Roadmate Services LLC operates a nationwide roadside assistance dispatch platform. We coordinate service between customers and independent service providers. Roadmate Services is not a towing company or repair shop — we are a dispatch coordination platform.

Service Availability

Roadmate Services provides roadside assistance on an on-demand basis. Service availability may vary by location, time of day, and provider availability. We do not guarantee service in all areas or at all times, though we strive for maximum nationwide coverage.

Pricing & Authorization

Prices displayed during booking represent authorization hold amounts and may vary based on actual service conditions. Final pricing is determined at the time of service based on complexity, equipment required, and conditions encountered. We will contact you before processing charges beyond the original authorization.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, location details, and contact information. Inaccurate information may result in service delays or additional charges. Customers must be present at the service location or provide authorized access to the vehicle.

Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations made before technician dispatch incur no charge. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a fee of up to $50. If the customer is not present at the specified location upon technician arrival, a no-show fee may apply.

Payment Authorization

By submitting a service request, you authorize Roadmate Services to place a hold on your payment method for the estimated service amount. The final charge will be processed upon service completion. Authorization holds for uncompleted services are released within 3–7 business days.

Human-Vetted Dispatch

Roadmate Services employs a human-vetted dispatch model. After booking submission, our dispatch team manually reviews and coordinates provider assignment. Estimated times for dispatch coordination are approximate and not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Roadmate Services acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. While we vet all providers, Roadmate Services is not liable for damages resulting from service beyond the direct cost of the service rendered. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Dispatch Timing

Estimated arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed. Factors including traffic, weather, distance, and provider availability may affect actual arrival times.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
