When you use our service, we collect your precise location to coordinate the nearest available service provider. Location data is used solely for service delivery and dispatch coordination. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may disable location services, but this will prevent you from using our booking system.
Payment Information
Payment card information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. Roadmate Services does not store your full card number on our servers. Transaction records are maintained for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, but transactional messages related to active service requests cannot be opted out of.
